Returns

You may return non-personalized products within two weeks of receiving your order (personalized items cannot be returned). If you need to return something, please e-mail us at customerservice@theweddingfavorbar.com. Once we received the returned products, you will be refunded for the amount of the products. Shipping charges are refunded on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for the return.

We do not accept partial returns. Only full amounts of individual products can be returned.
